Casanova Home is a cosy accommodation located in the heart of the elegant Eixample, the shopping district, with most of the attractive restaurants in Barcelona, and the modernist architecture like Gaudi´s amazing masterpices of La Pedrera and Casa Batllo that are just five minutes walk, by Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona´s main avenue. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Rambla Catalunya.

The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau finca reggia from begining of the century with high ceilings and has recently been renovated. All bedrooms have balconies with told windows and lots of light. There is one fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a balcony, and two recently refurbished bathrooms to use within 3 rooms. There is also free 24 hours high speed internet WI-FI connection. The price includes 7% VAT, bed linen, towels, and cleaning upon departure.

The accommodation is just by the big public market of Mercat del Ninot, with fresh fish and vegetables. Some of the best restaurants in Barcelona at reasonable prices are located within 1 or 2 minutes walk like Paco Meralgo, great for its tapas, the lively Cerveceria Catalana, great for budget tapas and beer, the best iberic ham in Barcelona at 5Js, or the excellent ice cream made out 100% of fruits at Heladeria Toscana. You also find the inexpensive great restaurants of La Polpa, Baltazar or Menjador, traditional restaurants like Suquet, Los Barriles, and top restaurants like Cata181, Lasarte, Gaig, Coure or La Fonda.

Also the most popular nightlife within locals is really nearby. Best on friday is Sutton Club, Opium Cinema lounge on thursday, or Mojito salsa concerts with Cuban musicians and salsa course on Sunday, or best cocktails at Dry Martini. You also find the best area for shopping, such as Gonzalo Comella, Carolina Herrera, Gucci or Armani for exclusive clothes, Adolfo Dominguez, Mango, Diesel, Purificacion, Zara, El Corte Inglés and a lot more.

Just 3 blocks from Consell de Cent and Enrique Granados pedestrian street, with all the best art galleries in Barcelona and lounge bars, like Premier.

Also, near to the Barcelona Fair, Fira de Barcelona, with all international fairs, the central train station, and the airport bus stop "Aerobus", just one minute walk, that will bring you to BCN airport in just 15 minutes just for 4 EUR.
