Barcelona Home is a cosy accommodation located in the heart of the elegant Eixample, the shopping district, where one can sample the most attractive restaurants in Barcelona. Just a five minute walk away you will find world reknown modernist architecture such as Gaudi´s amazing masterpices of La Pedrera and Casa Batllo on Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona´s main avenue. Also just nearby is Rambla Catalunya where you can stroll in ease, shop the boutiques, and enjoy the outdoor terraces of the local restaurants.

The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau building, locally referred to as finca reggia, which is dated from begining of the century. It has recently been renovated but kept in tact are the original high ceilings and . All of the bedrooms have balconies with tall windows and lots of light. There is one fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a balcony, and two recently refurbished bathrooms to share bewtween 3 rooms. There is also a free high speed internet WI-FI connection available 24 hours. The price includes 8% VAT, bed linen, towels, and cleaning upon departure.

The accommodation is just by the big public market of Mercat del Ninot, where you may delight in fresh fish and vegetables. Some of the most reasonably priced restaurants in Barcelona are located within a 1 or 2 minutes walk. We recommend Paco Meralgo which is great for its tapas, the lively Cerveceria Catalana, great for budget tapas and beer, the best iberic ham in Barcelona at 5Js, or the excellent ice cream made of 100% fruit at Heladeria Toscana. You can also find great inexpensive restaurants nearby like La Polpa, Baltazar or Menjador, traditional restaurants like Suquet, Los Barriles, and top restaurants like Cata181, Lasarte, Gaig, Coure or La Fonda.

Just 3 blocks from Consell de Cent and Enrique Granados,a pedestrian street, you can enjoy all the best art galleries in Barcelona and lounge bars, suchas Premier. For nightlife that´s popular with the locals try nearby Sutton Club on Friday, Opium Cinema lounge on Thursday, Mojito has salsa concerts with Cuban musicians and a salsa course on Sundays, or sample the best cocktails at Dry Martini.

For exclusive designer shopping you can indulge in nearby shops such as Gonzalo Comella, Carolina Herrera, Gucci or Armani, Adolfo Dominguez.. In addition to trendy choices suchas Mango, Diesel, Purificacion, Zara, El Corte Inglés and a lot more.

Lastly from Casanova Home, you can reach the Barcelona Fair, Fira de Barcelona, for all international trade shows , the central train station, and one of the bus stops of "Aerobus" a convenient and great way to get the BCN airport in just 15 minutes for just 4.50 EUR. The main drop off and pick up for Aerobus is Plaza Catalunya just 15 minutes away.

Rate is from 23 € per person per night Low season (1st Nov - 14th Mar). Alternatively in High Season (15th Mar - 31st Oct) the rate is from 29 € per person per night
