The building won an FAD design prize in 2007 for its architectural style. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 24 hour internet access. It is in the Eixample, one of the safest and most central districts of Barcelona. The main avenue, Passeig de Gracia, known for Gaudi´s modernist architecture such as La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, is just 5 minutes walk away, as well as the main shopping street, Rambla Catalunya.
It takes around 15 minutes to walk to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
Each room has one or two single beds and its own bathroom. There´s a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, and next door is our office where we work during the day.
Parking: there is a public car park 1 minute walk from the apartment, which is available at the standard city rate of 20 EUR per night.
