This apartment is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, which is one of the most exciting and central areas of Barcelona. It has a lot of character and each room has recently been redesigned. It´s just a 1 minute walk from Las Ramblas, Plaza Reial, Gaudi´s Palau Guell and the Liceu Opera, and only 3 minutes away from the beach and the Cathedral.

The apartment has four newly furnished bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, a small living area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There´s a car park 1 minute´s walk from the apartment, available at the standard city rate of 25 EUR per night. The accommodation is family-oriented and non-smoking. No stag or hen parties are allowed.

Rates

Rate is from 27 € per person during low season (1st Nov - 14th Mar). Rate is from 30 € per person during high season (15th Mar - 31st Oct).
