This building has a lot of character, and each room has recently been refurbished, and is located at one of the most exciting areas of Barcelona in Las Ramblas. You´re just 1 minutes´ walk from Plaça Reial, Gaudi´s Palau Guell, la Boqueria Market, Opera Liceu, and 2 minutes walk from the seaside and the Cathedral in the Gothic Quarter,  you won´t find anywhere more central.

The apartment is located on the second floor with a small elevator, and has a wide livingroom with two balconies with stunning views over Las Ramblas, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms, and 2 other rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each room is with a small private french balcony, exterior with lots of light and views, except for one of the Suites that is more quiet, with french window to an interior patio.

There is a public car park 1 minute´s walk from the apartment, which is available at the standard city rate of 25 EUR per night. Our accommodation is family-oriented and non-smoking. No stag or hen parties allowed.
