Provenza Apartament in Barcelona

This building won an FAD design prize in 2007 for its architectural style. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 24 hour internet access. It is in Eixample, one of the safest and most central districts of Barcelona. The main avenue, Passeig de Gracia, known for Gaudi´s modernist architectural masterpieces such as La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, which are just 5 minutes walk away. You can find closeby as well, the main shopping street, Rambla de Catalunya.  It takes around 15 minutes to walk to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

Each room has one or two single beds and its own bathroom. There´s a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, and next door is our office where we work during the day.

Parking: there is a public car park 1 minute walk from the apartment, which is available at the standard city rate of 20 € per night.

The price includes 7% VAT tax, cleaning upon departure, bed linen, a set of 2 towels per person, 24 hours WIFI internet access for all rooms, and tourist information upon arrival. You have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals. A light self-service breakfast can be provided upon request, for an extra fee of 10 € per person.

 Rates

Rate is from 35 € per night during low season (1st Nov - 14th Mar).  Alternatelively in Hugh season (15th Mar - 31st Oct) the Rate is from 40 € per night.

Prices may vary on public holidays and festivals.
