I'll recommend this place and we will likely stay again. Communication was excellent - I used SKYPE to make my booking from Vancouver and my inquiry was answered immediately, and in English. | Commentaires: Piers checked us in and was very helpful - all of his suggestions about places to eat were excellent and easy to find on the map. Piers also asked us what we were interested in sightseeing and made some further suggestions. This gave us a great first impression of Las Ramblas. All of the booking materials were also handled professionally. Our only suggestion is to improve the directions for those arriving by car, as the exit off the highway was signed a bit differently. | Commentaires: It is my second stay here in this apartment and I love it. If I have a chance to visit Barcelona again, I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to my friends too. However, there are areas that can be improved. It will be a great idea to have extra lighting in the room. It was noisy at night causing from the drinking people and massive tourists in the area. It is expected if you choose to stay in this super convinence location at the tourist area. At the end, a special thank you to the staff, Pierre, for excellent service and information. Although we were there in December it was not so cold as other mentioned, because the radiator was working perfectly in our room. | Commentaires: The property was in an excellent location straight off the Ramblas, which was very ideal, the room was an excellent price but I would have paid a little extra for satalite tv or a raido, as a solo traveller its nice to unwind in the evening after a long days sightseeing and I found it unberable quiet, I would have love to have listen to some spanish music on the radio,and am sure fello solo travellers would agree, I also thought the room was a little too bear no pictures on the wall, a map of Barcelona, pictures of piacasso art, even Gaudi art would have looked quite nice at least something to look at while one ponders over there next day of sightseeing, it wouldnt cost a lot it didnt have a cosy feel about it, a nice vase of flowers wouldnt have gone a miss either and nicer bedding the off white grey duvet made it look dirty, but on the whole I had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend your B&B again and I would stay there again, great location and the check in person Pierre was highly informative and did his job to a very high standard.
