The building is a FAD design prize selected for its architecture style on the year 2007, and the apartment consists of 2 guestrooms. The location is in Eixample one of the safest areas in the centre of Barcelona. The main Avenue, Passeig de Gracia, with modernist style architecture Pedrera and Casa Batllo from architect Gaudi, is just 5 minutes walk away, as well as the shopping avenue Rambla Catalunya. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla.

In the room you will find one or two single beds and your own bathroom. The rest of the apartment consist of a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals and breakfast, and our office where we work during the day. Parking: there is a public parking 1 minute walk from the apartment available at the city general rates of 20 EUR per night.
